Level 8 Systems LLC provides software platforms, mobile applications, and digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and platform access, refunds are handled according to the policy outlined below.

Subscription Services

If a subscription is offered for a platform or service, customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing at the next renewal date unless otherwise specified, but will not automatically result in a refund for prior billing periods.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing related issue, you may contact our support team. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be granted at our discretion when appropriate.

Non Refundable Services

Completed software services, custom development work, implementation fees, onboarding fees, and platform usage fees are generally non refundable once the applicable service has been delivered or access has been provided.
